5th International Conference of BSPST
The 5th International Conference of BSPST will be held on 29-30 October, 2026 at Sylhet Agricultural University, Sylhet-3100 . The theme of the conference is “Plant Science and Technology for Sustainable Agriculture: Opportunities and Challenges”
Agriculture stands at a critical crossroads, facing mounting pressures from climate change, resource depletion, and a rapidly growing population. Addressing these pressing challenges requires the integration of cutting-edge plant science research with practical and field-level technological innovations. The BSPST in collaboration with the Faculty of Agriculture, Sylhet Agricultural University is organizing the International Conference on the aforesaid theme to provide a dynamic platform for sharing cutting-edge research, exchanging ideas, and fostering collaborations addressing challenges in agriculture, food security, climate resilience, and sustainable development. Researchers, academicians, policymakers, professionals and students are invited to join the conference in shaping the future of sustainable agriculture through science, technology, and innovation
